Writing

I joined The Ram, Fordham University's Journal of Record, as a copy editor during my freshman year, working the night shift on Tuesdays from 9 PM to 11 PM.

I found a community I comfortably called home and later became Assistant Sports Editor, and in time, Sports Editor, where I oversaw a staff of writers and columnists and managed the editing process of the weekly paper, both in-print and online.

As a writer, I served as the beat reporter for Fordham Rowing during its final season under legendary head coach Ted Bonanno, covered the dynastic Fordham Softball program and chronicled Fordham's first year under Kyle Neptune. I also tapped into my love for professional sports, including college football, soccer and the NBA.

Most notably, I introduced a new series of interviews entitled Fordham Features, where I spoke with some of the university's athletes and alumni to uncover their stories. Here are just a few of them.

I also happen to be a big Star Wars fan too, and have been able to share that passion as a contributing writer at Dork Side of the Force, part of the Fansided network. Check out all of my contributions at the link below.
